  • 3. Payment Terms

    • All services are subject to agreed-upon pricing and payment terms outlined in the proposal or invoice.

    • A percentage advance (typically 50%) is required to begin a project.

    • Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated.

    • Delays in payment may result in project delivery being postponed or suspended.

  • 4. Project Timelines

    • Estimated timelines will be provided for each project based on the scope and requirements.

    • Delays caused by the client (e.g., not providing content or feedback) may affect delivery time.

    • Timelines may be adjusted based on feature changes or unexpected issues.

  • 5. Client Responsibilities

    Clients are expected to:

    • Provide clear and accurate information, content, and access credentials where required.

    • Review and approve milestones or design drafts in a timely manner.

    • Maintain communication for smoother workflow.

  • 6. Intellectual Property

    • Upon full payment, clients will own the final website/software/product.

    • Skill Park Software retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio or promotional material unless otherwise agreed in writing.


  • 7. Revisions & Changes

    • The number of free revisions included will be specified in the proposal.

    • Additional revisions or feature additions outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

  • 8. Refund Policy

    • Once a project has started, refunds will not be issued for time or work already completed.

    • Refunds (if applicable) will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on service type and project stage.

  • 9. Limitation of Liability

    Skill Park Software will not be liable for:

    • Any indirect or consequential loss, or damage.

    • Data loss due to client-side errors or third-party hosting/platform issues.

    • Security breaches caused by weak client credentials or external factors beyond our control.


  • 10. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services:

    • For breach of these Terms

    • For non-payment

    • If the client engages in fraudulent or illegal activities

  • 11. Privacy

    All client data is handled with strict confidentiality and is protected under our

    Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell data to third parties.

  • 12. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of

    India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in TamilNadu, India.
